Terms & Conditions

The following Terms set for the agreement between us (Grandjean, Wagner, Beiter & Company) and you (Client). By completing and submitting the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) "Get Started" web form (the form), you accept these Terms and acknowledge your agreement to the following:

1) Grandjean, Wagner, Beiter & Company makes no guarantee or warranty as to your eligibility for the ERC. You are solely responsible for determining your eligibility for the ERC.

2) The submission of this form is for informational purposes only, no contract or engagement is taking place as a result of completion and submission of the form.

3) Grandjean, Wagner, Beiter & Company will review submissions as a first step in assisting clients and potential clients in determining potential eligibility for the ERC. If, as a result of this analysis or for any other reason, Client chooses to proceed with a more detailed determination of eligibility and/or claim for ERC, Grandjean, Wagner, Beiter & Company will provide a Proposal and applicable Terms to be agreed upon before proceeding further.
